About the Owner:
Erik Wolting was a college student mowing lawns for $6 an hour when he decided that he would start his own landscaping business. He started the San Luis Obispo based All Seasons Gardening and Landscaping, which quickly bloomed into a full service landscape company. The diversified company has landscaped all over the Central Coast and for celebrities such as Steve Martin and Horace Grant. All Seasons landscapes have been featured in Garden Design and Sunset magazines. Wolting received a bachelor's of science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1996.
Erik is a two-time president of the local chapter of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA) and a member of the Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce. His honors and awards include: "Top 40 under 40" by the Pacific Coast Business Times, 2004; the cover story for the San Luis Obispo Tribune April of 2004; and the People's Choice Award at the Garden Festival, San Luis Obispo, 2003. Additionally, Erik is active in the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden and sponsors a local soccer team.

I want to comment on the improvements "All Seasons Landscaping" has performed on the yard around my home. In November 2006, All Seasons completed an extensive makeover of my back yard. From initial design, through the landscaping process and finally to the periodic maintenance, All Seasons has performed exceptional, detailed and professional work...All Seasons has turned my backyard into a natural extension of my house and without doubt added resale equity that will far exceed the initial investment. The employees and management are highly qualified and they perform their work with personal pride and enthusiasm. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to not only improve their yards or landscape but to enhance and improve the quality of their lives!

Gina Rivera
Lead Designer With over 15 years of horticultural experience and a bachelor degree in Environmental Horticultural Science from California Polytechnic State University, Gina brings the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism to every design project undertaken by All Seasons Gardening and Landscaping. "Being a Central Coast native, I have knowledge of our terrain, plant systems and our seasonal environment. With this knowledge I am able to provide our client with the right plants in the right place to work within our local environment." Her responsibilities include landscape design, project management, estimating and maintenance account management.

Terry Foster
Maintenance Crew Leader Terry is a San Luis Obispo native, working with All Seasons since 2006. Prior to landscaping, he had worked as a barber and hair stylist for 30 years. He turned to landscaping full-time while living in Hawaii, doing mostly commercial work.
Terry looks for balance and relationships, apply similar strategies whether working with hair or working with plant material. He loves working with clients and creating outcomes to please. Terry`s other interests include surfing and martial arts in Shotekan Karate-2nd degree black belt.

Ron Grove
Construction Technician Ron has been working with All Seasons Gardening and Landscaping since 2002. He is a Bay Area native receiving much of his training and experience in Santa Cruz at Cabrillo College and JPTA. He has worked as Lead Landscaper at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Santa Cruz County Parks and Recreation building, installing and maintaining play structures, soccer fields, baseball fields, etc., and has worked with the Santa Cruz underground utilities. Ron`s other life-time passion is drumming, playing in Nevada casinos, clubs, cruise ships, and openings for various famous musicians as well as doing keyboard drum sounds for electronic music. His other interests outside of work include cooking, fishing, camping, skiing, and being a good dad.
Ron is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, high-energy person who enjoys interacting with clients to achieve great results. He takes great pride in his workmanship and loves participating in the creative process with beautiful results. He is a positive, experienced team leader who has contributed to many of All Seasons Gardening and Landscaping award winning landscapes.

Juan Bravo
Construction Technician Juan has 6 years experience with All Seasons Landscape and Gardening. Before coming to ASGL Juan worked in the Bay Area remodeling houses. Juan learned his skills on-the-job, and is always teaching his crew new skills. His talents have contributed to award winning results for All Seasons, and graced the covers of many magazines.. Juan likes interacting with clients with his gentle, friendly nature.
Outside of work Juan enjoys taking his wife and two kids to the beach, camping, fishing, jet skiing, cooking and barbequing.

Vicente Gomez
Maintenance Crew Leader Vicente has over 20 years of experience in landscape maintenance. He has worked for All Seasons Gardening and Landscaping for over ten years, training and leading crews and working with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
He is the proud father of four children and enjoys playing soccer in his free time. Vicente also coached men's league soccer and won first place for Division A Summer Soccer Tournament 2006.
